It’s Halloween so of course, it’s time for Christmas wishlist posts! Here are all my dreams and Christmas shopping goals for my tiny toddler this year. Not all will make the official Christmas cut as we are going to try the four gift method again. Some will roll over to birthdays and spoiled baby days probably. But these are what I’ve been looking into for the next few gifty purchases. Hopefully, this toddler gift guide will give you some great and educational gift ideas!
Melissa and Doug Favorites My apparent threenager in the body of an 18-month-old is already all about baby dolls, and playing house, ‘cleaning,’ drinking ‘coffee,’ and basically, anything she see’s us doing she thinks she should do too. So pretend play is big in our house. She rocks her baby and tries to force feed them real cheerios. She pushes her little stroller and plays doctor with her sock monkey. She loves to pretend. AND the doctor kit we have helped her to totally rock her 18 month check up! I highly recommend practicing your visit before you go!
Here’s what we’re looking to acquire for her to complete her pretend play desires. Also.. trucks. She for some reason obsesses over cars and little things that go vroom when other kids have them so I want to get her this little semi with even littler cars!

My kiddo loves the kitchen. She is obsessed with the dishwasher! I have had the hardest time waiting for Christmas to get her a play kitchen! Like I said, it’s so hard not to spoil my toddler!
I love this set:

I love this set because it’s small but still a really good size train set. And it comes in its own bucket. If your toddler is at all like mine she spends like 5 minutes on a toy and she’s done. Unless.. It’s new. Or new-ish. The goal is to keep some easily storable toys put away and pull them out on a rotation. Which means built in storage is always a plus.

I have a few other things on her list like this tent for her room and some color wonder sets. Markers that are clear on everything except the paper? A parents dream? Sign me up. That’s genius.Oh yeah! Doll Houses. Okay. Dilemma. If you’ve made it this far in the post you can help me solve a debate.
Full Size doll houses. Yay or Nay?
I’m in love with this one:
