Here are all the ways you’re not getting your money’s worth:1. Save More Money: Yes, you knew about this one but are you using it right? I bet you nearly 70% of the things you buy from other websites can be found on Amazon… That is a really fake statistic. BUT I bet it’s true a lot. Now, Amazon is not always cheaper but once you factor in the faster and FREE shipping it might be! Take a second to double check and if you love me, double check by clicking one of our Amazon links! 2. Access to PBS Shows: We don’t have cable or dish or anything like that. We only had streaming before it was the trendy thing to do. It’s so much cheaper and way fewer commercials. I seriously can’t stand normal ‘tv’ anymore. We had and still have Netflix so we never really got into the Amazon tv! But when our tiny toddler got really into Daniel Tiger (another post for another day on why I love this show) and then Netflix REMOVED it. . . we got desperate. The PBS app will let you watch a few episodes for free but they only update them every week or two. We would watch the same 2-3 episodes multiple times in a week. No judgment okay…
We started asking around (more like complaining around) and discovered that prime has EVERY SEASON included in your membership! Heaven sent is a phrase I would use with all seriousness. Then she had a Sesame Street phase when she watched a bit at my mom’s house, well they have all those seasons too! They have tons of great educational kids shows that Netflix doesn’t have (and vice-versa, get both).
3. Never run out of Diapers: I can’t speak to this first hand but I’ve heard from other moms it’s life changing. Which I think I can believe it! We used cloth diapers for the first 7-8 months which we loved. But had we committed to regular diapers I would have jumped on this so fast! Great prices and no thought required. Just bring in the mail. Never run out of diapers again! If you’ve tried this, leave me a comment and let me know how you liked it.
6. Gifting with Ease: This one is more relevant today than ever. Everyone wants to gift with ease. Using Amazon as a registry your gift is more likely to be something you want…because you picked it out. And it may even come straight to your door with a cute little bow! If it does it will allow you to send a cute digital thank you note! Scratch off another name on that tedious list in seconds. No stamps.
Likewise, if you’re not shopping people’s Amazon registries first you’re wasting time! Shop and send it straight there. No wrapping. No bows. Spare your children’s fingers and save money on ribbon.
Am I forgetting anything? Is there some other awesome thing you use prime for?! Let me know!
If you love prime or me you should do me a favor and share this post! Any of these lovely social icons on the side of the screen will do the trick!!! THANKS!
