I’ve been in a constant shopping mood. And I can’t constantly shop or we’d go broke in 5 minutes. Seriously. I thought instead of breaking the bank I’d share all my fun shopping gifty desires with you so maybe you can bless someone you love, just because. Who wouldn’t have their day made by someone surprising them with something fun like one of these gifts!
Here are my current top picks for gifting to the Christian Mama in your life!
Mom’s need clothes.
Mom’s have very little time to shop.
Mom’s are exhausted and too fried to think about putting outfits together.
Solution: Stitch Fix.
These are only two of the covers they have available. They come in many different sizes and colors. These Bibles are beautiful, they look good enough to leave out in a place that will remind anyone to pick it up and read!
Pair it with some colored pencils and a pack of highlighters for the perfect gift.
“The swooning Victorian ladies and the 1950s housewives genuinely needed to be liberated. That much is indisputable. So, First-Wave feminists held rallies for women’s suffrage. Second-Wave feminists marched for Prohibition, jobs, and abortion. Today, Third-Wave feminists stand firmly for nobody’s quite sure what. But modern women — who use psychotherapeutic antidepressants at a rate never before seen in history — need liberating now more than ever. The truth is, feminists, don’t know what liberation is. They have led us into a very boring dead end.”
It’s a weird time for women. This book has been recommended to me several times and would make a great gift for any woman. But especially for the Christian mom trying to wade through the murkiness of feminism while raising sons and daughters.
Save her time, shopping, money, planning, and overall hassle when you ship her dinner straight to her door. OR another option would be signing her up for a local CSA! But if that’s not an option, Hello Fresh is a great alternative.
I know the adult coloring books are super trendy right now but I find I get a little bored if I color for too long. And I also love a hobby or fun activity that builds a new skill.
Gifting this hand lettering book will help mom develop her fancy handwriting skills for when she finally gets around to adding that chalkboard wall she’s been talking about!
Essential Oils have been around for while but are becoming more and more popular these days. If you know of a favorite go for that! Or if you’re buying for an essential oil newbie consider buying them a starter kit or just a few of your favorite picks!
Adding some green is one of the easiest ways to make a home feel lighter and make the air seem fresher. But moms don’t always have the time to keep up with plants. Do some digging (ha! get it…?) and find out what plants are super easy to maintain. The big trend lately has been succulent plants. Which I can attest to the fact that they are super easy to keep up. But there are many others that do well too, so just pick what you think she’ll love!
8. DIY Craft Kits
Crafting is fun. What’s not so fun, shopping supplies. And then you have all the odds and ends sitting around that you don’t know what to do with…
You could do some craft shopping here.
Presorting and packing the supplies for any fun craft could be a great gift! You may even be able to pull it off without going to the store. Find a craft and start cleaning out that closet!
9. Hobby Supplies
Find out what hobbies mom loves and hook her up with all the best.
Painting, sewing, knitting, whatever she loves to do, stock her up on all the best supplies. A little goes a long way when it’s a quality pick.
9. Witty Mom Shirts for the Win
10. Birchbox or Ipsy
Everyone loves subscription boxes. I don’t really know why they are so fun but they just are! I suppose it combines getting mail with getting gifts… who doesn’t love both of those things?
I just got my first Birchbox in the mail and it’s just too fun!
It contained 5 samples and a sign-up freebie! Several of the samples looked full size to me though! I’m impressed so far!
If you love this list or love me or just love gifting…. will you pin this post!? Did you know pinterest is the best way to get our posts to the masses?! Pin it up please! I’ll love you forever!
